Description:
Responsible for acquiring new business customers for Internet and Video services.

Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Regional Technical Support Manager is to directly lead in the management and performance of MetroCasts regional 24 x 7 Technical Support Call Center.
Job Responsibilities:
