Adding Email Accounts



Depending on the level of service you choose, you may be provided with either 2 or 5 e-mail addresses.

Remember, if you add additional E-Mail boxes to your account, you will have to configure your E-Mail program to check for mail in each box. Please consult your software manual or help file for information on how to access multiple E-Mail accounts.

Subscribers to MetroCast Access and High Speed Basic will incur an additional $5.00 per month charge for each additional box they desire over the 2 provided. High Speed subscribers are provided with 5 mail boxes at no additional cost.
